Easy French Market Courgette Spaghetti

I love to explore the local food markets on holiday. Trying out new ingredients and gaining inspiration from seeing what the locals eat.

At my local market, here in the South of France, bright yellow baby courgettes caught my eye and formed the basis for an easy summer pasta dish, along with some lovely Parmesan and white wine.

This is very simple, quick and satisfying food - perfect for hungry beach goers.
