I offer cooking lessons in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas.

From beginners to foodie enthusiasts, I offer cooking lessons to improve your confidence in the kitchen, help you create crowd pleasing dinner party dishes and learn new skills to widen your cooking repetoire.

Lessons are offered 1:1 or for small groups in the comfort of your own kitchen. You can choose from one of the lessons below or have me design something specific just for you.

I bring the ingredients, a lesson plan and tried and tested recipes. Lessons are hands on and I teach both the techniques and the theory behind the dishes. I also share tips on how to make things ahead and hold dishes to make serving up delicious dishes easy and stress free.


 
 

Fresh Linguine Pasta with Roast Tomato Sauce and Garlic Toast

You will learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch, learn the knife skills and techniques to create a deeply rich and moreish tomato sauce and crispy garlic toasts. Suitable for beginners.

Fresh Herbed Ricotta and Lemon Tortelloni with a Brown Butter Sauce

You will learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch, create a delicious ricotta filling, make filled tortelloni pasta and finish it with a brown butter sauce. Suitable for cooking enthusiasts.

Guinea Fowl au Riesling

You will learn how to joint a Guinea Fowl, learn the knife skills and techniques to create a delicious Riesling based sauce and learn how to cook and finish the Guinea Fowl for a dinner party classic. Suitable for cooking enthusiasts.

Pan-Fried Mackerel Fillet, Spicy Tomato Salsa, Bruschetta

You will learn how to fillet a whole mackerel and prepare it for cooking, learn the knife skills to make a refined salsa dish and practice the presentation skills to make this dish a feast for the eyes. Suitable for beginners.

Profiteroles with Chocolate Sauce

You will learn the techniques to make foolproof choux pastry and bake the profiteroles, learn how to make chantilly cream and chocolate sauce and bring everything together as a delicious dessert. Suitable for beginners.

Vanilla Soufflé with Raspberry Sauce

You will learn the techniques to make a light airy soufflé with confidence, make a raspberry sauce and finish the dish for a luxury home dinner experience. Suitable for enthusiasts.


Cooking lessons are a minimum of 2 hours and include recipe handouts. Prices start at £49.50 per hour, plus ingredients. Lessons are available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

I specialise in Gourmet French, Modern British, Mediterranean and Italian cooking.
